AJ's investigation crosses paths with Stalker, a brilliant psychotic killer set on balancing perceived injustices in his life. Relegated to foster care at a young age, Stalker experienced physical abuse, witnessed sexual abuse, and watched funding go for anything but the foster children. His speed, athleticism, and intelligence were key to his survival. In his mind, two women were solely responsible for his fate. His end goal of making them pay set him on a course of perfecting his abilities to carry out his plan. 

Things take a deadly turn when Stalker discovers AJ is engaged to one of his intended victims…leading him to put his final plan in motion.
